Project Profile
The owner was looking for one contractor to handle all of Bethany Centers Roofing, Waterproofing, and Window replacement needs.
Scope:
- Replace 160 old aluminum windows and sliding doors with new high performance units.
- Repair stucco and apply two coats of Dow Corning Allguard waterproof elastomeric coatings.
- Restore historic Mural on South Side.
- Remove and replace roofing and insulation.
