Seth Acharya - Sales/Estimating/Owner

Seth grew up in Kathmandu, Nepal.
After working for several years as a Himalayan mountain guide, he moved to the U. S. and began working at Everest in 1999.
He has risen through the ranks from rookie to crew foreman to operations manager and is now co-owner of Everest.
Seth holds a B1 and C33 contractors license and has become well-versed in all aspects of building construction.
He has 20 years of experience in the waterproofing and restoration of buildings.
He currently serves on the Safety Committee of the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute.
Seth lives in San Francisco with his wife and two young sons.
Peter Vorhees - Sales/Estimating/Owner
Peter has worked in the construction industry for close to 20 years, starting from the ground
level, and working his way through the ranks, to become a senior project estimator and
manager.
Peter began as a laborer for a general contractor in 1982, and then in 1991, went on to
Bryant
Universal as a union field worker. Within only two years of working at Bryant, Peter
made the
leap from the 'field' to the 'office', and was promoted to become a salesman and estimator.
In 1996, Peter transitioned Bryant's waterproofing division to a separate operation, and then
formed Urban Waterproofing, Inc.. Peter's comprehensive knowledge of the construction
industry makes him a valuable asset to the team.
He is married and lives in Marin County
with his family.
Arleen Campos - Bookkeeper
Arleen is a 5th generation native of San Francisco, she was born and raised in the Sunset District. She started working in accounting in 1979 focusing mainly on Medical and Veterinary Practices.
In 1996 Arleen moved to construction accounting and joined Everest in 2006.
Arleen now lives in the Excelsior district with her Husband, they have three children and two grandchildren.
Tenzin Dechin - Operations Assistant
Originally from Pokhara, Nepal, Tenzin moved to the Bay Area with her parents and brother in 1998. Upon graduating from Berkeley High School, Tenzin pursued her interest in the field of nutrition at Sacramento State University.
Prior to coming to Everest, she worked with CHAA a community-based organization dedicated to health education.
Yeshi Sopa - Field Supervisor
Yeshi grew up in Nepal, he studied at a monastery then became a buddhist monk for a period of 15 years. He came to the US in 1993 looking for a start in the painting and coating business.
In 1999, Yeshi joined Everest and has worked through the ranks to become a top field supervisor. Yeshi is a big part of Everest's success, his calm demeanor and solid work ethic have guided us for the last 17 years.
Namgyal Tsering - Field Supervisor
Namgyal Tsering grew up in India and Bhutan. He immigrated to USA in 2002 and lives in the East Bay with his family.
He joined Everest in 2003. Namgyal is one of the best in the business at taking care of very large projects. His top notch people skills coupled with his strict code of ethics is very rare in this business.
David Cervantes - Field Supervisor
David grew up in Mexico City, he moved to San Francisco with his family in 2004, then joined Everest in 2006. He started from the ground level then worked his way up to Foreman where consistently produced some of Everest's best jobs, he then moved into a Supervision role and is now a Field Supervisor. David's quiet demeanor and strong work ethic make him a true role model for our crews.
