Replace existing urethane sealants with new GE silicone sealants at panel to
panel joints,
and window perimeters.
High pressure wash precast panels, and seal with Prosoco SL-100
clear silane
sealer. Everest was called in to clean this very dirty building and replace the old
failed urethane sealant with new GE silicone sealants.
The result was a dramatically cleaner,
water tight building and an extremely
satisfied client. |
