Everest's contract here is for the restoration of the exterior facade.
At least 50% of the
decorative elements had fallen apart or been demolished
over the years.
Our crews have painstakingly rebuilt most of the small detail areas by hand using
polymer
modified mortar patches. Next step is to rebuild the larger decorative
sections with GFRP.
Final step - install an attractive, waterproof, elastomeric coating system to
all concrete surfaces |
