This historical landmark building is part of the Old Oakland Victorian complex.
Everest consulted in the preparation of the specifications for a complete exterior
restoration and was then awarded the contract as the low bidder.
Our work includes repointing of the brick mortar joints, new sheet metal water tables,
repainting, gold leafing, installation of new metal railings. |
